The Select Committee will hold a hearing to provide the American people with a summary of our findings about the coordinated, multi-step effort to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

The Select Committee has subpoenaed Representatives Kevin McCarthy, Scott Perry, Jim Jordan, Andy Biggs, and Mo Brooks for deposition testimony as part of the committee’s investigation into the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol and its causes.

While today’s indictment of Peter Navarro was the correct decision by the Justice Department, we find the decision to reward Mark Meadows and Dan Scavino for their continued attack on the rule of law puzzling.

The Supreme Court’s action tonight is a victory for the rule of law & American democracy.

The Select Committee has already begun to receive records that the former President had hoped to keep hidden & we look forward to additional productions regarding this important information

BREAKING: Mark Randall Meadows cited for criminal contempt by House of Representatives for his continued defiance of the Select Committee's subpoena.

The Select Committee will convene a hearing tomorrow, June 28 at 1:00pm to present recently obtained evidence and receive witness testimony.

BREAKING: Peter Navarro and Daniel Scavino, Jr. cited for criminal contempt by House of Representatives for defiance of Select Committee subpoenas.

They will be referred to the Department of Justice for prosecution.

The Court’s ruling today is a victory for the rule of law & clears the way for the Select Committee to obtain materials for our investigation.

The Court found that the then-President more likely than not committed multiple federal crimes in his attempt to overturn the election.

Steve Bannon’s indictment should send a clear message to anyone who thinks they can ignore the Select Committee or try to stonewall our investigation: no one is above the law.

We will not hesitate to use the tools at our disposal to get the information we need.

Trump knew he lost the 2020 election, so he oversaw a scheme to overturn the will of the American people. When the Vice President refused to go along with it, he unleashed a violent mob against Pence at The Capitol.

Our officers heroically answered the call on January 6th.

Even after suffering a traumatic brain injury, U.S. Capitol Police Officer Caroline Edwards fought off rioters trying to storm the Capitol.
